More detailed background information the planet:

Long time in the future, earth's condition gets into a level of not going to capable for human to live. The scientists discover a planet called V2Q1 in the cosmos far far away from earth. This planet is quite similar as earth, even though it doesn't show any possible sign of having water, the scientists testified it has good quality of soil resource to grow up special new types of plants. Thus, earth decide to send a robot army to V2Q1 for growing up trees and flowers. 

These robots do not have their own thoughts, all they have is programmed heart with missions on. The AI level of their brain is not that advance, The robots just follow order and testify everything as being planned.

  

As I describe in last week blog post, my final project is going to create a world where the robot lives in another planet and developing their own consciousness after a trigger event . One important argument and conflict in that story will be "how will the robots treat their new planet after being conscious of what they are doing", will they keep concentrate on finishing their mission? or they will explore the new things as seeking for the bigger truth of the world.

In Simulations, Baudrillard mentions"our entire linear and accumulative culture would collapse if we could not stockpile the past in plain view" (19, Baudrillard) ". However, in V2Q1, since the robots don't have any history in the new planet, there is nothing for them to stockpile, will they end of developing and leading the new world into another form other than the earth? I am putting myself into that new situation and will simulate the reaction of robots based on my understand of the book and some creative imaginations.
